Combine official sources, concepts, scenarios and mixed review without displacing physical preparation.
Weeks 1–2: role and law
Read the current Police pages and course plan. Build a glossary for appointment, authority, necessity, proportionality, reporting and confidentiality.
Weeks 3–4: communication and safety
Study conflict reduction, emergency care, fire, CBRNE and the work environment. For every scenario, name the hazard, first safe step and handover.

Week 5: intervention and report
Connect legal authority to reassessment, observation and factual documentation. Physical techniques belong in instructor-led training.
Week 6: mixed checks
Complete timed mixed sets, analyse errors and return to the official source. Keep separate preparation for the 2-kilometre run and dummy drag.
