Hazards
Fire, CBRNE and special incidents
Recognise danger, create distance and cooperate without exceeding training or protection.
Identify before approaching
Smoke, odour, labels, unusual containers, sudden symptoms or several casualties can indicate a hazardous environment. Stop, create distance and alert specialists.
Do not add casualties
Entering an unknown hazard zone can worsen the incident. Follow command, cordons, evacuation instructions and the required protective level.
