Age and prescribed training

Run and dummy drag

The published tests require 2 kilometres in no more than 12 minutes and lifting and dragging a 77-kilogram dummy at least 15 metres, or an equivalent load.

Prepare before test day

Build running volume progressively and practise safe lift-and-drag patterns. The thresholds are selection requirements, not medical advice or an individual training prescription.
