Real estate principles and civil law each have 40 items: 80 items in 100 minutes.
What is Stage 2?
Brokerage, public real-estate law, and registration plus tax total 120 items in 150 minutes over two sessions.
What are the pass rules?
Each stage requires at least 40 in every subject and a stage average of at least 60.
Does Stage 1 carry forward?
A Stage 1 pass provides an exemption at the next exam. Verify current conditions in the implementation notice.
When is the 2026 exam?
The 37th Stage 1 and 2 exam is October 31, 2026; standard application is August 3–7 and vacancy application October 1–2.
Does the app contain live exam questions?
No. Questions and explanations are independently authored study material.
