Identify whether the case concerns a manager, distributor, employee, or investor and what action occurred between them.
Treat conflicts as a process
Find the conflict, avoid or manage it, and provide required information. Disclosure alone does not automatically solve every conflict.
Recheck current amendments
Law and tax change. Confirm the textbook reference date and review current KOFIA notices and revisions before the exam.
