Terms of use

These terms apply to the RushLabs exam-preparation app identified below. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the rules of the platform through which you obtained it.

Independent exam preparation

The app is an independent study product. It is not the examination, does not register you for an examination, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any examination sponsor, certification body, regulator, or government agency unless expressly stated in the app.

Educational purpose

Questions, explanations, study plans, and progress indicators are provided for general educational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, professional, or official examination advice. We do not guarantee that using the app will result in a passing score, certification, license, employment, or any other outcome. Always confirm current requirements with the official exam administrator.

Subscriptions and platform billing

Paid subscriptions are offered and processed by Google Play or Apple under the terms shown at purchase. Charges are made to your platform account. A subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel it through your Google Play or Apple account settings before the renewal date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access already purchased remains available for that period unless the platform states otherwise. Refund eligibility, billing disputes, price changes, taxes, and payment methods are governed by the applicable platform's terms and policies.

Restore purchases

Where the platform supports restoration, use the same Google Play or Apple account that made the purchase and choose Restore purchase in the app. Restoration confirms an eligible platform entitlement; it does not create a new purchase or transfer a subscription between platform accounts.

Acceptable use and content

You may use the app for personal study in accordance with applicable law and platform rules. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it. Do not submit or reproduce confidential, recalled, or unlawfully obtained examination material. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify relevant examinations or subject areas.

Availability and changes

We may correct, update, add, or remove app features and educational content to improve accuracy, safety, or platform compliance. Service availability may be interrupted by device, operating-system, store, network, or maintenance conditions. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. RushLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
