Privacy policy
This policy applies to the RushLabs exam-preparation app identified below. The apps are designed to keep study activity on your device.

Information stored on your device
Study progress, answer history, bookmarks, daily limits, Lock Quiz preferences, and notification settings are stored locally on your device. No RushLabs account is required for the app.
Information we do not collect
The app does not send your study answers, bookmarks, notification content, contacts, precise location, photos, or personal files to a RushLabs server. The current release does not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics.
Purchases
Subscription purchases and restores are processed by Google Play or Apple. RushLabs receives the entitlement result needed to unlock premium features; payment-card details are handled by the store and are not available to the app.
Notifications and Lock Quiz
Lock Quiz notifications are scheduled locally. Question text is hidden by default and appears on the lock screen only after explicit opt-in. You can disable notifications or hide question text at any time in the app or operating-system settings.
Data deletion and retention
You can remove local study data by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. Store purchase history is retained by Google or Apple under their own policies.
Children
The app is a professional exam-preparation tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected on this page before a release that changes data handling. For questions or deletion help, use the support page.
