Information stored on your device

Study progress, answer history, bookmarks, study preferences, Lock Quiz preferences, and notification settings are stored locally on your device. No RushLabs account is required for the app.

Information we do not collect

The app does not send your study answers, bookmarks, notification content, contacts, precise location, photos, or personal files to a RushLabs server. The current release does not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics.

Purchases

In paid-upfront Pro editions and updated paid editions without in-app purchases, the store handles the app purchase before download. Included study chapters do not require an additional subscription. These editions do not run an in-app purchase or restore flow and do not send purchase receipts to a RushLabs server.

Older subscription editions may still use Google Play or Apple to process an existing subscription or restore its entitlement. This applies only to an edition that actually offers those controls. Payment-card details remain with the store and are not available to the app. Manage existing subscriptions through your store account.

Notifications and Lock Quiz

Lock Quiz notifications are scheduled locally. Question text is hidden by default and appears on the lock screen only after explicit opt-in. You can disable notifications or hide question text at any time in the app or operating-system settings.

Data deletion and retention

You can remove local study data by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. Store purchase history is retained by Google or Apple under their own policies.

Device or operating-system backup settings may retain a copy of local app data. If your edition offers an export or backup, you choose where to save or share that file. Delete those copies separately when you no longer need them. RushLabs does not host your study backup.

Children

The app is a professional exam-preparation tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
