Licence route
How the first Cyprus hunting licence route works
Follow the official sequence from platform application to lessons, examination and firearm documentation without inventing a fixed timetable.
Create your official platform account
A first-time applicant starts with a personal account on the Game and Fauna Service platform and submits the first-licence application there.
Wait for the Service invitation
The Service contacts eligible applicants by email for the educational lessons and related examination; dates and locations are controlled by the Service.
Apply · Learn · PassLaw · Wildlife · SafetyTheory + practical
Complete learning and assessment
Candidates attend the required learning programme and must succeed in the related examination before licence issue.
Complete the document route
The official FAQ also requires the relevant firearm-possession licence to be supplied through the platform before the hunting licence can be issued.
