Remove subject failure risk first
The 40% floors are 8 answers in Subject 1, 12 in Subject 2, and 20 in Subject 3. Inspect these before celebrating the total score.
Create a sensible buffer
A stable practice score above 75 can absorb timing pressure and mistakes. It is a study target, not a guarantee of passing.
Cross-classify every error
Record both the detailed area and cause: concept gap, calculation error, confused rule wording, or missed condition. Each needs a different correction.
